1.The working principle of the equipment: manual unwinding → pipe → longitudinal folding → pipe → fixed-length cutting → horizontal folding → finished pipe.

3.The equipment is equipped with a synchronous conveying device and a magnetic powder tension controller to ensure stable conveying tension of the finished product.
4.The equipment is equipped with our factory's innovative multifunctional special-shaped folder, which can convert more product folding methods and is easy to adjust.
5.The equipment uses a servo-controlled slider-type horizontal fork knife, which can be folded horizontally up to three times.
6.The equipment uses servo-controlled imported cutting tools for precise cutting.
7.The equipment adopts servo motor combined with PLC programming controller and microcomputer display screen to jointly control production. Various production parameters are clear at a glance, making operation convenient.
8.The equipment shell is made of stainless steel.
