Product Parameters

The machine adopts computer control, CCD photoelectric tracking and correcting system, winding tension control by Huichuan servo motor through PLC touch screen to achieve automatic tension control. Unwinding tension is controlled by servo motor and automatic tension. Retracting reel with low friction slip shaft. The driver controls the working speed of the whole machine. It is equipped with automatic meter counting device, automatic winding calculation and display, automatic stopping for setting winding winding and automatic stopping for setting winding diameter. It has the advantages of smooth incision, neat winding end face and easy follow-up processing.
