Product Description

Purpose:
The machine is specially designed and developed for single surface express bags. Single layer sheet material is loaded on the machine, and the welding surface is single - folded - hot melt adhesive is loaded - side welding surface single bag - electric eye tracking - bag making - automatic bag management. All processes are completed at one time. At the same time, it can also produce clothing bags, towel bags, bread bags, jewelry bags, etc.
Performance and characteristics:
1. Man machine interface, touch screen operation, PLC control, simple operation.
2. The main machine speed, drawing speed and discharging speed are automatically and synchronously controlled by the controller,.
3. Servo motor braking, imported photoelectric eye induction tracking,. The printing pattern is accurate. When the electric eye fails, it will automatically stop for warning.
4. The host motor is controlled by frequency converter, which is simple to operate and reduces power consumption.
5. Automatic counting, the number of stacked sheets can be set arbitrarily. After the set number is reached, the manipulator will automatically discharge the whole book.
6. Feeding with imported electric eye tracking, automatic simulation correction, automatic magnetic particle tension control, pneumatic feeding, inflatable shaft feeding;
7. Special surface, single bag and double patch function, four copper knives are reinforced in stages.
8. Equipped with Taiwan hot melt glue device, the glue amount is uniform, and the glue can be broken automatically.
