Polyethylene air-bubble film(also called polyethylene bubble film).which is divided into two kind : ordinary polyethylene air-bubble flim and composite polyethylene air-bubble film.This machine can produce Two layers(single side).
A full set of machine includes:
· One single-screw sub extrusion set.
· One air bubble film forming roller (air bubble shape and size can be customized).
· One set of air bubble film forming frame with vertical dividers.
· Two automatic raw material feeder, reducing labor cost.
· One roll winding system, with a fixed-length meter control and a smart alarm.
