1. Overall structure
1. The machine wall board adopts steel structure. Thickness of iron plate 50MM.
2. The main driving roller adopts seamless steel pipe (tempering, surface hardening, chrome plating, mirror, dynamic balance treatment)
3. The main driving roller adopts rubber roller (nitrile rubber).
4. The material guide roller adopts aluminum roller (after hard oxidation treatment to avoid material scratches) and rubber roller (nitrile rubber).
5. The transmission structure adopts the synchronous wheel and belt of the famous Chinese brand.
2. Unwinding device:
1. The machine adopts an integrated mechanism, the unwinding part and the host are integrated, convenient for transportation and installation.
2. Movable support with linear guide rail is adopted for deviation correction movement. Minimize friction when the EPC is in operation.
3. Clamping material adopts (shafeless) air pressure, cylinder and motor, shafeless clamping material, easy loading, single operation, using cylinder lifting material.
4. Equipped with balance adjustment device can be fine-tuned by hand wheel.
5. The winding tension control is driven by asynchronous servo motor. Compared with the old magnetic powder brake, the motor has more stable performance and longer life. The LPC uses the Chinese brand "Bat Technology" rectification device, which can be guided through the edges and lines of the material.
6. Equipped with pneumatic feeding platform, the minimum diameter of raw materials can be set to automatically stop, with the feeding platform for quick docking.
3. Winding device:
1. The shaft adopts 3-inch pneumatic slip shaft, which is automatically controlled by pneumatic proportional valve.
2. The locking mode adopts pneumatic control mode. Pneumatic components are made of domestic famous brands.
3. The winding tension actuator is 2 sets of pneumatic proportional valves, which realize constant tension through PLC.
4. The winding press roll uses the rubber press roll, the press roll length is 1300MM, the upper and lower one set, the auxiliary press roll length is 600MM with two sets.
5. The locking of the tool shaft is controlled by the cylinder, 10 flat knives.
6. Equipped with a vacuum waste edge suction system, using a powerful fan to blow the waste edge to the side of the equipment.
7. It is equipped with a movable waste edge pickup machine (the pickup machine is optional, costing 10000 yuan per machine), which is used for winding thick materials on the side of the machine. Controlled by the main engine, automatically follows the current machine speed and reduces dust in clean room conditions. Only suitable for film trimming winding.
8. Equipped with unloading arm, the winding material is pushed to the unloading arm pneumatic. The unloading arm can be rotated, and the top is packed with plastic wrap.
9. Equipped with laser infrared positioning paper tube function, after changing the roll can quickly find the paper tube position, convenient and quick operation.
Waste edge collection: equipped with high-speed edge collection machine (optional)
4. Electrical Equipment Unit:
1. The main motor adopts a Danma asynchronous servo motor with a power of 4KW
2. The winding motor adopts two Danma asynchronous servo motors with a power of 4KW.
3. LPC adopts analog control. The signal is driven by a servo motor through a CCD tracker.
4. Use servo encoder to check the actual diameter change for better tension control
Siemens PLC, to achieve accurate and stable control, true color touch screen display, so that the image is simple and beautiful. Interactive parameter setting environment, users only need to enter the thickness of the material to start, other data will be automatically completed through computer calculation.
6. Automatic and manual acceleration and deceleration functions.
7. The unwinding motor adopts a Danma asynchronous servo motor with a power of 4KW.
